We know that many of you have been eager to get back into your fitness routine, and we’re excited to help you get started on the right foot.💪
Join us for a spring fitness lab session with not one, but two coaches! Cedric and Alex! 😁 Our coaches will be here to guide you through strength training exercises to build strength and endurance.

The work out will also be followed by a gathering with healthy snacks and drinks at Le Piccolo Bar.
Come dressed up and leave your belongings safely at the bar!
