2. OUR EVENTS

ATTENDANCE

By attending an Apéros Frenchies event, you confirm that you grant Apéros Frenchies permission to take and use audio or visual recordings and photographs of you that may be displayed on the Apéros Frenchies website or social media accounts and for general publicity purposes. Please see the corresponding event descriptions to see the specific partners and event sponsors to whom we may share your info. Membership

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the subscription to our services. By subscribing to any of our services, you agree to these Terms in full.

2. Subscription Plans

We offer two subscription plans:

Basic Membership: This plan is priced at 19.99€ per year, payable in one lump sum at the time of subscription. This payment is non-refundable. Basic Membership grants access to events held in Paris organized during the subscription period.
Jetlaggers Membership: This plan is priced at 24.90€ per month for a period of one year, or at 29.90€ per month for a trial period of three months. Subscribers to this plan have the option to pay monthly via automatic bank transfer. Payments for the Jetlaggers Membership plan are non-refundable.

3. Duration of Subscription

The duration of the subscription depends on the selected plan:

Basic Membership: The subscription is valid for one year from the date of subscription. It will not be automatically renewed for another year.
Jetlaggers Membership: Subscriptions are valid for the chosen period of either one year or three months trial (available only once), depending on the selected plan. Automatic monthly payments will continue for the duration of the subscription term unless cancelled by the subscriber.

4. Payment

Payment for the Basic Membership plan is a one-time payment of 19.99€ payable at the time of subscription.

The Jetlaggers Membership plan is a one-time payment of 89.70€ or for 3 months, 298.80€ for 12 months payable at the time of subscription. The option of monthly payments can be automatically deducted from the subscriber’s bank account for this membership.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies:

Once subscribed, the payment is non-refundable and cancellation will not result in any refund

6. Responsibilities

We undertake to provide the services in accordance with industry standards. However, we disclaim any liability for interruptions to the service due to circumstances beyond our control.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to subscribers and will become effective immediately upon posting on our website.

REGISTRATION DATA

If you register on our website, we store your chosen username and your email address and any additional personal information added to your user profile. You can see, edit, or delete your personal information at any time (except changing your username). Website administrators can also see and edit this information.

PURCHASE DATA

To reserve a ticket to attend an Apéros Frenchies sponsored event you may use either the Facebook or website purchase options. We will receive your name and quantity of tickets reserved. The storage of your user data is required for us to allow you access to the event and provide other customer services. We do not store any further data. If you are asked to complete a survey in the course of your ticket reservation, please note that your answers will be tabulated anonymously. Any purchase codes or confirmation numbers will be stored together with expiration dates and your user data when submitted via the Eventbrite or Facebook portals. Please see each respective site for their policies on data storage. Only the data you explicitly provide is sent, and you are asked for consent, each time you want to reserve a new ticket.

CONTACT FORM

Information submitted through the contact form on our site is sent to our company email; these submissions are only kept for customer service purposes. Where specifically noted, information submitted through the contact forms on this site will subscribe you to our monthly newsletter. Your email and personal data will never be shared with third parties.

7. HOW LONG WE RETAIN YOUR DATA
