This workshop is designed to provide you with a safe and open space for you to explore your relationship with yourself, others and also your sexuality. The goal is to help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself and your partner(s), to learn how to communicate more effectively, and to develop skills that will allow you to navigate the challenges and opportunities that arise in relationships. Throughout the workshop, you will have the opportunity to participate in group discussions, exercises, and individual reflection. Our facilitators will provide a non-judgmental and supportive environment, where you can feel free to share your thoughts and experiences. We hope that you will leave this workshop with a greater sense of confidence and understanding about your relationships and sexuality.
