We’re delighted to announce that we’re expanding our fitness lab to the English territory. Don’t fret about the unpredictable weather; we’ve got it all covered! Our fitness lab will be hosted at Spot Performance’s private fitness room in Shoreditch, conveniently located right next to Liverpool Street station.

Our experienced coach, Amram, will be on hand to guide your every move and ensure your fitness class is not only effective but also a whole lot of fun. Whether you’re a certified ‘gym enthusiast’ or just looking to unwind and shake off the week’s stress for an hour, this experience is tailor-made for you. You’ll not only burn off that excess energy but also have the opportunity to connect with like-minded people, have a blast, and shed some calories.
