Chef Amine Ifakren’s cuisine takes root in the entire Mediterranean basin, evolving with the seasons and his inspirations. Rich in bold and sun-kissed flavors, it draws inspiration from the colors and generosity of these vibrant lands, where sharing takes center stage.
In the evening, the Signature Solis menu revolves around essential mezzes and authentic products – octopus, roasted cauliflower with tahini sorbet, Mediterranean-style turbot, and a shareable beef rib, among others. Not to mention the sweet touch, featuring saffron crème brûlée and milk pastilla, sharing a childhood memory from the Chef.
